A short get-away

Just got back from short Batam trip during the weekends.
That place is really heaven, super heavenly, like becoming a King there.
Stayed at a fantastic hotel, One Harmoni. The room is absolutely wonderful.
The standard of living there is not that bad and the cost was still acceptable, especially alcoholic and people who love tobacco. A packet of cigarette cost you the least $2 and a bottle of Jim Bean not more than $30.
Didn't get much to see the town area as I followed the city tour. But drinking for both the day was bad for the body man plus didn't consume any plain water. HAHA.. Which cause a tiny weeny health problem but everything is fine now. Enjoyed totally.
No photos to share cause it was a 'private' trip! HAHA.. just joking, didn't bring any devices there as not to be distracted. HAHA.

definitely a second trip is in plan.

Finally

After working for consecutive 15 days since exam ended,
I'm finally having a 2 week break before the next working schedule comes in for next month. HAHA.
Waking up as early as 5am and getting to work at 7am.
Finally, a well deserved break plus short trip to Batam, never been there before, virgin trip. ;/
Since starting to be workaholic, the bad habit is back!! But this time round, it's more of playing it smartly and not going for the gold in a crazy manner. HAHA..

To think back since clearing that big debt of mine,
How could I even have played $500 in one hand and even lose $3K in just a single night, or should I say in less than 3 hours with turnover of nearly $10,000.
Sometimes, I just think I'm mad, like seriously a gambler, A big time gambler.
Of course, that lesson was a painful one and also a one that really taught me my lesson, having to slog my way through way, taking shift in Christmas and New Year and happily cleared it in less than a month but imagine sadly having to give every single cent that has been earned for that one stupid mistake/ addiction. HAHA..
Really a lesson learnt.

Choice

There is no wrong or right choice in life, whatever a choice that has been made,
there will be not a definition of a wrong choice or a right choice but rather,
the choice that has been made will affect who around you.
But still, we must learn to respect a person choice.
It's simple,
if you go along with the choice, you support,
if you disagree with the choice, stand up and leave. There is no point persuading the person to change the choice because at the end of the day, should that choice you asked the person to change to screws up and everything is a mess, then the blame will be on top of your head and that will be the last position you want to be in.

How do you keep the faith on ?
When it's being broken again and again.
Why am I in the bottom of the food chain where I have to absorb whatever is being brought down upon to me when I have nothing to do with it?
Just never will understand and the time when one understand is when one stop trying and loses everything, by then, it will be just a little too late.
